What is Timberline Controls' return policy?

LIMITED WARRANTY: Timberline Controls & Marine (TC&M) warrants the equipment provided so far as the same is of its own manufacture, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months after date of shipment of the equipment. Goods or materials not manufactured by TC&M will be warranted to the extent that the same are warranted by the manufacturer. Software supplied by TC&M is warranted to perform in accordance with TC&M system specifications, for a period of four (2) months after satisfactory performance of the software during system start-up.



Is Timberline Controls Open or Operating during COVID-19?

Timberline Controls & Marine Inc. is classified as an essential business and will continue operation. The safety and well-being of our team and community is a priority. During this time our facility will be operating during normal business hours 7:00AM - 3:30PM PST with a few minor adjustments. ​ If you need to speak with a Timberline Controls & Marine team member, we ask that you use E-mail and/or phone as your primary communication for the next few weeks. If you need to meet in person, please schedule in advance. When visiting our facility, you will be required to wear a face covering (see below). ​



How long will it take to ship a control panel?

If you order a stock control panel/box, from the website the shipping time is 2-3 days plus the time to transport to destination. Any delivery schedule is based upon Timberline Controls & Marine, Inc. (TC&M's) estimate of the time required to ship after receipt of Purchaser's order. TC&M shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting from delay or inability to delivery on account of any cause beyond our control, including, but not restricted to: work stoppages, inability to obtain labor and materials, wrecks or delays in transportation, fire, or act of Purchaser. Delivery schedule will be adjusted in accord with any modification of equipment design or specifications requested by Purchaser. If drawing approval is required, drawings must be returned on schedule to maintain delivery schedule.

Does Timberline Controls follow ABS rules for marine applications?

Timberline Controls follows all ABS standards and guidelines when designing, installing or building marine vessels or equipment.



What is ABS (American Bureau of Shipping)?

ABS develops its standards and technical specifications, known collectively as the ABS Rules & Guides. These Rules form the basis for assessing the design and construction of new vessels and the integrity of existing vessels and marine structures.
