What is Timberline Controls' return policy?LIMITED WARRANTY: Timberline Controls & Marine (TC&M) warrants the equipment provided so far as the same is of its own manufacture, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months after date of shipment of the equipment. Goods or materials not manufactured by TC&M will be warranted to the extent that the same are warranted by the manufacturer. Software supplied by TC&M is warranted to perform in accordance with TC&M system specifications, for a period of four (2) months after satisfactory performance of the software during system start-up.

How long will it take to ship a control panel?If you order a stock control panel/box from our website the preparation time is 2-3 days plus transportation to destination. TC&M shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting from delay or inability to delivery on account of any cause beyond our control, including, but not restricted to: work stoppages, inability to obtain labor and materials, wrecks or delays in transportation, fire, or act of Purchaser. Delivery schedule may be adjusted with modifications of equipment design or specifications requested by Purchaser. If drawing approval is required, drawings must be returned on schedule to maintain estimated delivery date.

Does Timberline Controls follow ABS rules for marine applications?Timberline Controls follows all ABS standards and guidelines when designing, installing or building marine vessels or equipment.
