Timberline Controls & Marine (TC&M) warrants the equipment provided so far as the same is of its own manufacture, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months after date of shipment of the equipment.  Goods or materials not manufactured by TC&M will be warranted to the extent that the same are warranted by the manufacturer.  Software supplied by TC&M is warranted to perform in accordance with TC&M system specifications, for a period of four (2) months after satisfactory performance of the software during system start-up.
